First time having Marissa cut my hair. She did an amazing job. Positive experience all around. She did a great job and was very detailed.

Usually a positive experience, however, I checked in online only to wait 30 mins to find out the stylist I checked in with (Johanna) was on her lunch break. What's the point of being able to check in online with a stylist that is unavailable...very disappointed.
